Medications and OTC Drugs: If there is any surgery then that is not enough to get rid from the pain a small dosage of medicine also help in pain reliever. There are several OTC (Over the Counter) drugs which are currently making trend in the market and requires no prescription.

Food stuffs: There is a large variety of food stuff that we eat in our daily life but do not get aware much about them. There are several food stuffs that help in reducing the pain naturally. The nutritional food stuffs like ginger, broccoli, walnuts, berries, spinach, grapes, etc. are those which actually make you glow and help in relieving pain too. If the fruit is organically grown then pain finds its way soon to get rid from your body.

Exercises and Yoga: Yes! The exercise actually plays a major role in getting pain off from your knee. Several exercises we see to strengthen and make our knee strong. Physiotherapy is an indirect form of the exercise which additionally helps in the same. Well, our 5000 years of Indian culture says that Yoga is a great form of exercise and naturally one can get rid from the knee pain naturally. Definitely it will take time but then after little time you will feel good and your body will feel great. Strong bones strong you!
